We had an excellent stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and clean, exceeding our expectations. We enjoyed watching the large flat-screen TV with a variety of foreign channels. The staff was incredibly helpful and understanding when we encountered issues with our cards and local ATMs. They went above and beyond to assist us. We appreciated the convenience of being able to use the airport bus to a nearby transportation hub and easily reach the hotel either by a short taxi ride or a pleasant 15-minute walk. Additionally, there were convenience stores nearby, making it convenient to grab any essentials we needed.
Nothing negative to say.

- Hotel staffs do not speak English. Bathroom smells. Otherwise, some furniture in the rooms were old but well kept and clean. The bed was firm, sheets clean, pillow great. The place was not close to metro (MRT).

Convenient location near the airport, making it a great choice for all travelers. 🛫 Ideal spot to start your vacation adventures, and I really liked how close it is.

The room was clean and comfortable, offering a good night's sleep. the staff was accommodating and friendly throughout our stay. the location of the hotel was convenient, with several shops and restaurants in the vicinity. the hotel also provided excellent Wi-Fi connectivity and a good selection of TV channels.
The hotel could benefit from some updates as it appeared slightly old. the pillows provided were quite lumpy and could be more comfortable.

Other than a slight walk to the train station, its a pleasant place to stay, as there are shops along the way from Zhongshan train station to the hotel. For books lovers, the underground mall stretching from Taipei Main Station to Zhongshan Station is a place to stroll along. This hotel is away from the hustle and bustle of city life if you are comparing the location to Shilin night market. But with their convenient network of train system, traveling is easy.

It is within downtown and near the railway and mrt station. Very convenience to move around.
Need to lower the hotel rate.

The hotel is conveniently located near the HSR station, making it easy to travel around the city. There are also several metro and subway stations within walking distance, providing quick access to various attractions. the rooms are comfortable and have basic amenities such as TV, AC, and toiletries. the staff is friendly and accommodating, despite their limited English skills. Plus, there are plenty of bakeries, convenience stores, and restaurants nearby for dining options.
The hotel does not offer a buffet breakfast option, which may be a drawback for some guests.

Beautifully positioned near a vibrant neighborhood and ideally located, our comfortable and romantic stay here was nothing short of fantastic. The room was spacious, with great air conditioning, and the helpful staff made everything run smoothly. The room service was impeccable, with a wide selection of great food and drinks for us to choose from. One of the best parts of our stay was the ability to easily walk to a variety of local attractions and shops, adding to our overall enjoyment.
The lack of variety in the breakfast options available. The limited food selection made it difficult to find anything that we were really excited about, so we ended up just going to a nearby restaurant instead.
